The CEC body of the AIGETOA conducted online meeting which lasted from 3:30 pm to 8:30 pm. The CEC pledged that expectations have increased from AIGETOA, being the no 1 association, the body need to work harder and swift. The point wise deliberation was done by CEC on the agenda points.

Today Team AIGETOA Punjab comprising Shri Yogesh Chhabra CS and Shri Vikas Gupta CP met with Shri Sandeep Diwan Ji, CGMT Punjab in his chamber and discussed following issue:-
1. JAO Termination case:- We strongly protested about the notice served to one newly recruited JAO for termination of his service by PGM(Finance) while he had already been given charge sheet and consequent penalty from GM (Pathankot) for the same cause. CGM sir assured us to look into this matter.
2. AGM (L/A) Orders:- We apprised our concern over inordinate delay in AGM (L/A) orders and also raised the difficulties being faced in field units due to shortage of AGM. CGM sir responded positively and told us that orders will be issued shortly.
3. Intra Circle Transfers:- We again requested CGM sir to process all the intra circle transfer cases in one go as there are very less pendency. CGM sir assured us to start the process very soon.

Today CS Sh Yogesh Chhabra along with CP Sh Vikas Gupta met CGMT Punjab and discussed regarding -
1) AGM LA orders: It is conveyed that any deviation from the BSNL transfer policy will not be acceptable and orders should be issued keeping stay period into consideration to maintain fair and transparent procedure. CGMT Punjab replied that most of the executives are giving refusals due to which difficulties are being faced while issuing orders but he assured that orders will not be issued without taking Team AIGETOA into confidence.
2) Intra-Circle transfers: On intra-circle, CGMT Punjab informed that since most of the request are for transfer to Chandigarh, it is difficult to entertain all of them simultaneously but he assured that management will try to consider the same accordingly as on need basis.
3) Formal Agenda meeting: On formal agenda meeting, CGMT Punjab ensured that time for Agenda meeting will be given shortly.

Today afternoon CS Yogesh Chhabra, CP Vikas Gupta, ACS Jaspreet Singh and ACS R N Srivastava met CGMT PB in connection to the arbitrary transfers in the accounts wing.
The aigetoa team conveyed the strong resentment in the field units due to unjust mid term transfers without the taking into cognizance the seniority, covid 19, no analysis of the requirements and categorically requested to roll back the transfer orders issued by the PGM Fin on his whims and wishes, call for the requests, and to leave the need based transfer domain in the jurisdiction of the BA head. CGM sir agreed with our concern and informed that he will review the transfer order after discussing with PGM Fin on Monday. We conveyed that Bathinda and Sangrur have already issued relieving orders. He assured that orders can be rolled back after reviewing. On giving the right of transfers to BA head he informed that it will be like that but so far BA heads has not been finalised by the BSNL HQ and it is on top priority of the HQ.
We thanked the CGMT for his assurance.
Later on CS discussed the AIEL3 progress with HR wing. HR wing informed that list is received from the SSAs and is being put up for approval. It will be sent to HQ by Tuesday.

Team AIGETOA comprising of CS Yogesh Chhabra and ACS Jaspreet Singh met AGM (E&T) on dated 24.11.2020 and discussed regarding the ongoing restructuring process. We further met Staff section and discussed regarding the reply to be sent to BSNLCO wrt AIEL 2 & AIEL 3 for the JTO to SDE DPC.
For AIEL-2, the certificate which is to be sent by circle was discussed in detail and we pursued that the certificate should be issued by circle office itself rather than taking certificate from all SSAs to avoid any unnecessary delay.
For AIEL-3 in r/o LICE 2012 batch, the data is not received from any ssa till date, so we asked to expedite and also issue a reminder letter to all SSA for the same for timely submission of data to BSNLCO which is 30th Nov.

AGM cum CEC election of Punjab Circle was conducted successfully as per the constitution of AIGETOA on 22nd Nov 2020 through online mode. The Chief Guests of the function CGMT Punjab Circle Shri Sandeep Diwan, Guest of honors GM (HR/Admin) Punjab Circle Sh. Jaspal Singh, All India President Shri Ravi Shil Verma, GS Md. Wasi Ahmad, Chairman legal committee Shri Ajay Kaswan, JS North Shri Ajit Singh, CS Haryana Sh. Harjinder Singh, CS Himachal Pradesh Sh. Chandar Singh Negi attended the event and graced the occasion with their valuable speeches to the august gathering. Circle President, AIGETOA, Punjab Circle Shri Santosh Kumar presided over the meeting.
All DSs of Punjab Circle submitted their DSs reports in the beginning and reported their satisfaction. They also raised various issues which were well replied by CEC.
Chief Guest of the Function, Shri Sandeep Diwan, Chief General Manager Telecom, Punjab Circle, expressed his gratitude for inviting him to the Circle Conference of AIGETOA, Punjab & emphasized that : AIGETOA has to play a key role to regain the last glory of BSNL. This is possible only with whole hearted cooperation and coordination among the executives to regain dominant position in telecom market. He ensured AIGETOA to extend his full support on any issues related in the larger interest of the organization.
Guest of Honour, Shri Jaspal Singh, GM(HR/Admn), Punjab Circle extended his greetings through message as he was unable to attend the same due to some emergent engagement.
General Secretary, Shri Md Wasi Ahmad addressed the august gathering & welcomed all the participants and appreciated the Punjab Circle Team for arranging the event in big and fashionable manner with help the Online VC mode in this pandemic situation. GS addressed the gathering and elaborated the latest status on following issues.

(It’s worth to mention here that even after hectic 14 days travel for association related issues our beloved GS attended the meeting and CEC team is thankful for such a great elaboration on issues and encouraging the moral of executives of Punjab circle)
All India President, Shri Ravi Shil Verma addressed the august gathering, greeted all the dignitaries available online and thanked all the executives who supported AIGETOA to become No. 1 association in second MV. Further he told that, each and every member and leaders of AIGETOA are aware that, as a majority association we represent all the executives of our beloved organization and as Team AIGETOA through this dais he assured all executives that AIGETOA will not confine to the interest of any particular group and work in the interest of organization and all executives, unlike earlier associations. He informed that the association is in continuous touch with DoT and hurdles regarding 4G rollout will be cleared soon. He expressed that every executive should know the need of the hour and shall continue to work for betterment of beloved organization.
In conclusion of his speech , he appealed for unity among BR fraternity irrespective of cadre, verticals and wings and requested to all to support and do not indulge in any activity which can be derail the entire process and unity.
JS North Sh. Ajit Singh greeted the august gathering and expressed his happiness. He extended his best wishes to all executives and new CEC team to be selected. He also appealed to HP and Haryana to conduct their AGM like Punjab Circle.
CS Haryana Sh. Harjinder Singh greeted the august gathering expressed his happiness. He extended his best wishes to all executives and new CEC team to be selected. He also thanked Punjab team for extending the support during MV in Haryana circle.
CS Himachal Sh. Chandar Singh Negi greeted the gathering and extended his best wishes to all executives and new CEC team to be selected. He focused on the pivotal role played by Punjab Circle in north zone.
Chairman Legal Committee Sh. Ajay Kaswan remembered all of his old leaders /colleagues who played key roles in formation and strengthening of platform and told about the importance of unity. He extended his best wishes.
Finance Secretary Punjab Sh. Ajit Singh presented finance status to house and expressed that finances of Punjab are in order and fine.
Circle Secretary Punjab Sh. Vikas Gupta presented the various activities undertaken since last three years. He stressed upon his teams efforts in manifold increasing paid membership, visiting and taking up herculean task of mobilizing executives in 2nd MV, huge turnout of voters in AIGETOA favour in Punjab, various assignments as per demand e.g. LDCE-2015 postings, pursuing timely sending SCR/APAR/AIEL data , restructuring process etc . He appreciated the support received from every executive of Punjab Circle including SEWA Punjab for achieving the target votes in Punjab Circle in the 2nd M.V . He further elaborated that, as we are majority association, we should represent all the executives and has to take care of grievances of all the executives irrespective of batches/associations.. He thanked AIGETOA team Punjab Circle for the great efforts put for conducting this event of AIGETOA Punjab Circle via online mode.
Circle President Punjab Sh. Santosh Kumar elaborated his association with AIGETOA Punjab since last 12 years in various capacities. He stressed upon inclusive representation from various executives of Punjab.
Subsequently Punjab Circle existing body was dissolved by Sh Santosh Kumar Circle President and command handed over to Returning Officer Sh Sanjeev Kumar.
Sh Sanjeev Kumar conducted the election in a very fair and transparent manner where not even a single objection was encountered from anyone. The New Circle body was elected as per the constitution of AIGETOA, in the supervision of Shri Ajit Singh, JS (North) as CHQ Observer. Elected members then took Oath as per constitution of AIGETOA.
The AGM concluded with the vote of thanks to the House by Sh. Mohd. Ahmad.

Today CS Vikas Gupta, ACS Vivek Asthana, CVP Yogesh Chabra, DS CMTS 49 Aman Gupta met GM (Admin) and DGM (Admin) regarding LDCE/SCF VC. They apprised them regarding the delay in the process and strongly persuaded to expedite the process and endorse the letter to SSAs at earliest. GM & DGM Admin responded positively and assured to look into and for an early action in this regard. In beginning we strongly persuaded them that there is no need to endorse this to SSAs and get the VC from ERP at circle level itself as per corporate office guidelines and showed them letters on the subject matter, but they are not convinced and said that to get latest VC we have to endorse them to SSAs. GM (Admin) also raised concerns about declining profits and stressed upon to make strong our CSCs network and convey this to our members. We thanked GM & DGM (HR/Admin) for providing their valuable time and giving us patient hearing.

Option form for Social Security Scheme (GROUP TERM INSURANCE) for Executives in BSNL, Punjab Telecom Circle
Dear Comrades,
There is an immediate requirement for providing social security to all BSNL recruited employees officers, for sufficient financial coverage in case of any misshapen to them. MP circle have already taken the steps for providing term insurance from LIC of India to the tune of 50 lakhs and this Scheme is going to be implemented in MP Circle from 01.01.2018. In this regards, it is to inform that AIGETOA had some preliminary discussions to implement this scheme in Punjab Telecom Circle for the willing Executives irrespective of the membership of Association. Also, we are also in touch with other Associations for earlier implementation of this Scheme in Punjab Circle so that maximum members can get the benefit. Decisions taken in the meeting of Circle Secretaries of all unions and associations held at BSNLEU, Circle union office at Chandigarh :
As per the decision of all unions and Association, working in BSNL meeting held on 14-10-2017 at New Delhi, a meeting of all Unions & Association existing in Punjab circle was held on 18-11-2017 in the Circle union of BSNLEU, Chandigarh. Com. Balbir Singh, Circle secretary, BSNLEU, Com. Amarjit Singh, Circle Secretary SNEA , Com. Surjit Singh, Circle Secretary, NFTE (BSNL) , Com. Darshan Singh Dardi, Circle Secretary, SEWA BSNL, Com. Vikas Gupta, Circle Secretary, AIGETOA, Com Santosh Kumar, CP AIGETOA , Ashwani Kumar ,on behalf of AIBSNLEA, participated in the meeting . The meeting, discussed the means & ways to make the 23rd November, programme to built a human chain justifying the wage revision and against formation of separate “tower Company” of BSNL and removing of anomalies of 2nd wage revision and to make the 12& 13 ,December two days strike including 28th November state level convention at Ludhiana, a grand success ,were discussed threadbare. The meeting took following important decisions.
1.The call of the all Unions & Associations to make human Chain justifying wage revision for BSNL employees and necessity of existing of BSNL/Public Sectors in the interest of public and in the interest of the Country, shall be conducted in each district.
2.During the human Chain 25000 pamphlets, justifying wage revision for BSNL employees and necessity of existing of BSNL/Public Sector in the interest of public and in the interest of the Country, will be distributed in the Public.

- In Chandigarh, SSA, human chain is not possible due to imposions of Article 144. It was decided that at Chandigarh, our comrades will stand in all roundabouts of Chandigarh, displaying placards of our demands and will distribute the pamphlets to the public.
- The pamphlets, will be prepared centrally preferably at Ludhiana and will be supplied to all district unions and associations by 22nd November, 2017.
- The placards, displaying demands will be prepared by district unions, on need basis.
- The decision of today’s meeting will be implemented by all the district unions & Associations in coordination with all the district secretaries of unions & associations.
- Circle level meeting/ convention of all unions & Associations will be held at Ludhiana on 28thNovember, 2017.
- The venue most probably will Auditorium of “Guru Nanak Engineer College/Gill road Ludhiana”. Any Change will be conveyed in advance to all the participants.
- 1000 leaders and workers would be mobilized for the meeting /convention.
- The participation in the meeting/conventions is must for each district for all unions & associations.
- The meeting/convention will start at 11.30 AM and will be concluded by 2.00 PM.
- Tea and biscuits shall be served, before start of the meeting.
- Lunch shall be served, after the conclusion of the meeting/convention.
- The number of participants will be as per the members of unions & associations.
- The expenditure will be borne by circle unions/ association proportionately.
- Central leaders of Unions and association will address the meeting/convention
- Wage revision for BSNL Employees from 01-01-2017.

FINAL HEARING & JUDGEMENT BY HON'BLE MADRAS HIGH COURT

The case for footnote 2 came for hearing in Hon'ble Madras High Court and the final hearing was held on 2nd November 2017. The judgement copy has been received today on 16 November 2017.
Hon'ble High Court has recognised the grievance of AIGETOA that the interests of the engineering graduates who have been recruited directly by BSNL has been overlooked. Hon'ble Court observed that in normal course, it is expected that when ever there is a promotional post for which persons from different cadre would be considered, it would be done by fixing them in a common pool and also a ratio for considering incumbents from each cadre. Hon'ble Court observed that petioners AIGETOA are aggrieved against the equation of the non engineering graduates, who are the existing incumbents for the posts of DE/DGM/CAO on the basis of footnote introduced to the recruitment rules and thereby depriving the petioners, who are engineering graduates.
Hon'ble Court agreed that there is some ambiguity with regard to such equation by way of the footnote to the recruitment rules. Hon'ble High Court observed that in equating the existing incumbents with the Direct Recruits, who possess the engineering graduation, it appears that there is some deprivation for the engineering graduates who are direct recruitees, the reservation/priority is not based on any method of equation or ratio. Hon'ble bench observed that this aspect requires clarification at the end of BSNL. Hon'ble Court directed BSNL that such disputes shall be gone through by forming a committee by BSNL to sort out the ambiguity in equating the direct recruitees and the existing incumbents, which exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of the orders.

Friends, after a gap of 17 years when first batch of GE JTOs were recruited, it has been established that an engineering graduate and a non engineering graduate can not be equated at par. AIGETOA has been raising this issue since it's inception and it is another coincidence that BSNL management has also recognised the need for CPSU Hierarchy Policy after 17 years. It's high time that after the direction of Hon'ble Madras High Court, BSNL management should give the respect and weightage to its engineering and professionally qualified executives which all other PSUs give. We demand now due recognition be given to the Engineering and Professionally qualified executives of BSNL in the CPSU policy.
Friends, this case is also a glaring example of what unity amongst the BSNL recruited executives can do for its cadre. The above case was filed under the leadership of Shri R P shahu as GS and Shri NJP Shilahu Rao as President. We lost the case at CAT but the appeal was filed by our Chennai/Tamilnadu Team in 2011. The case remain unheard for almost six years. Thereafter, the case was brought to the notice of the current CHQ team by the old team.The current team followed the case with sincerity and brought it to its logical conclusion. The case came for hearing in March 2017 and final hearing took place on 2nd November 2017.
This is what unity can achieve. The vision of our ex leaders, acceptance by the current leadership without any ifs and buts and the result is for all DRs to see. Hon'ble Court recognised that the qualification criteria in BSNL has not been given its due weightage and BSNL should now remove this ambiguity by suitably creating a quota/equation between engineering graduates ie Professionally qualified executives and the non engineering graduates.
This also establishes our claim that we are real MTs of BSNL and there is no need to recruit any external talent from outside.
Now its for BSNL to act and it's for our unity to make them act.
We once again request all the BSNL recruited executives to unite under one umbrella and achieve the goal.

JOINT FORUM OF BSNL EXECUTIVES ASSOCIATIONS SERVES NOTICE TO CMD BSNL & SECRETARY TELECOM
The Joint Forum of BSNL Executives Associations serves notice to Secretary DoT for the following issues :
1. Approval of BSNL recommendation to replacement of non-standard pay scales of E1A and E2A with standard pay scales of E2 and E3 w.e.f 01.01.2007 as per Union Cabinet decision and DPE orders.
2. Approval of pending HR issues in the BSNL Board (SDE RR, E1+5 increments, diversion of MT quota for promotion to CAO posts etc).
Simultaneously, Forum served notice to CMD BSNL for resolution of the pending HR issues as detailed below:
1. Immediate Issuance of Promotion Orders from JTO (T) to SDE (T) under DPC/LDCE quota and issuance of Promotion Orders in all the cadres, in all the wings under both quotas.
2. Extending 30 percent Superannuation Benefit to the BSNL recruited employees along with revision in date of implementation from the beginning.
3. Extending initial basic of Rs. 22820/- to the Executives recruited post 01.01.2007.
4. Uniform 1st Time Bound Promotion in Four Years for all Executives.
5. Extending E1A and E2A scales notionally to JTO/SDEs of Civil/Electrical/Arch/TF wings and PA/PS cadres w.e.f. 01.10.2000.
6. Scrapping of ongoing DR-DGM recruitment and DR-DGM/MT RRs.
7. Resolution of other long pending HR issues.
The United Forum partner AIBSNLEA has extended its complete support to the agitation program .

Sh Sandeep Varshney, CS , Sh. Durgesh Singh, ACS-4 and our member Vikas Garg held a meeting with GMM NTR in presence of DE HQ. Our CS explained the various issues being faced by NTR executives .Meeting lasted for around 30 minutes. GMM immediately instructed to DE HQ to forward our representation to DGMM and take compliance within three days. He assured that every issue will be resolved within time.He said that except dies non case he was not aware of other issues .On Rule-8 case he said that process has already initiated & assured that all cases will be forwarded. Meeting was very positive.

Posted on 21.02.2017- Visit to Patiala SSA on Closing Ceremony of 16th All India BSNL Cricket Tournment 2016-2017 and meeting with Patiala SSA unit.
Sh. Ajay Kaswan, AGS (DR), Sh Sandeep Varshney , CS and Sh. Vikas Gupta , ACS-1 visited Patiala SSA to have a meeting with Patiala SSA unit. Sh. Ajay Kaswan, AGS (DR) explained all the major issues very minutely. He explained how our Designation, our Pay scales and our Seniority has been compromised from very first day of formation of BSNL. He explained how our EPF issues and Superannuation Benefits are not pursued by legacy associations of DoT as they do not have any interest in these, being non sufferer due to these issues. He further detailed about Seniority Case going on in Kerala CAT and LDCE posting case, Separate Representation for BR employees case, E2-E3 Standard Pay Scale Case in various Courts. He also briefed the House about MV facts, post MV scenarios and demand of separate recognition requirement of our Association for BSNL Recruits.
Sh Sandeep Varshney , CS further stressed upon being united for all our rights and issues . He replied to all the queries raised by our members.
Meeting was attended by about 15 members from Patiala SSA. Meeting was coordinated by Sh. Ashwani Kumar from Patiala SSA. He has made very good meeting arrangements. Meeting was very fruitful, knowledge-full and energetic. All the members were very positive and stressed upon CEC to have such meeting regularly.
In evening the three office bearers attended closing ceremony of 16th All India BSNL Cricket Tournment 2016-2017. Gujrat Circle Team won the tournament by beating the Haryana Circle.

Sh. Ajay Kaswan, AGS (DR), Sh. Vikas Gupta , ACS-1 and Sh. Ajit Singh , Finance Secretary visited Patiala SSA which was host to 16th All India BSNL Cricket Tournment 2016-2017. After attending the ceremony the three office bearers visited Sangrur SSA . Meeting was very fruitful and all the aspects were discussed in detail.

CEC Meeting of Punjab Circle was held at Chandigarh on 11.02.2017. Meeting started under the Chairmanship of Sh. Santosh Kumar, Circle President. He stressed upon the role and importance of AIGETOA for the resolution of BR(BSNL Recruited) Executives issues and opined that this is an important meeting with a major focus on the strengthening of AIGETOA at every SSA level and to form Body at each SSA. He stressed upon importance of remaining in touch via different communication channels available today like WhatsApp, Facebook, email, Fax and so on.
Circle Secretary Sh. Sandeep Varshney told that CEC meeting was need of the hour and very much desired. He said that momentum and bonding that developed during MV (Membership Verification) should be continued. He said that DEC (District Executive Committee) should meet GM frequently not only on HR issues but also on SSA development works to have more interaction with management. He stressed to be partner with GM instead of being only carrier of HR issues. He further stressed upon to work in direction of making aware the members about their issues & rights and to work for the welfare of members in order to win their faith. He provided feedback on CHQ meeting at Faridabad that each point is taken care by CHQ and deliberated upon. He urged SSA representatives to provide feedback to CEC (Circle Executive Meet) about prevailing issues in their respective SSAs. He said to raise all their issues at appropriate level. He stressed upon the importance of Communication with SSA management and making them aware of any happenings in writing and after certain level raise the same to Circle. He requested to remove Communication Gap and all efforts /persuasion should be made by local bodies.
Meeting was attended by Sh Ajay Kaswan, AGS (DR) AIBSNLEA, CEC Members and representatives from Punjab Circle SSAs.
CEC members have been assigned the SSAs for completing the Membership and Subscription forms activity in Punjab Circle.
SSAs raised some issues in meeting
1. BR are lacking in knowledge of Rules particularly related to TA/DA, transfers. Ferozpur SSA suggested having small talks/pdf/material distribution on various topics during each Association meeting.
CP stressed that BRs should start working in other sections also like Admin, Vigilance, Legal and Planning sections leaving affinity for technical jobs only to have insights of these ruling.
Sh Vikas Gupta, ACS-1 said that we should start to discuss our local issues in small office groups of our members. He said that we should make habit of writing letters. Errors if any will be getting settle down with time. He suggested reading intranetpb, intranet and association sites on daily basis to improve awareness.
Sh Ajay Kaswan, AGS (DR) AIBSNLEA suggested that letters or any issues can be discussed in Association’s WhatsApp Group also before submission to Authorities.
2. Rule 8 Transfer issues were discussed. Feedback was that there is no staff in SSA to relieve the person and moreover SSA head don’t forward the Rule-8 cases to Circle, thereby their queue position in circle Rule-8 list goes on lagging behind.
Sh Vikas Gupta, ACS-1 stressed upon to have member meetings in SSAs by local units and also to have meeting by CEC with CGMT.
Sh Santosh Kumar, CP said that we should stress on all-round development of BSNL in communication with Management.
Sh Durgesh Singh, ACS-4 asked CS to write letter to GM (NTR) also about NTR issues. CS informed that he has met GM (NTR) Sh. Sanjay Aggarwal on 22 Dec with Rule-8 case of Sh Arif. Sh Durgesh Singh, ACS-4 asked CS that in next visit he should be accompanied in meeting with GM (NTR). It was agreed that Sh Durgesh Singh, ACS-4NTR will provide a drafted letter on NTR issues to CS and CEC will meet the GM (NTR) accordingly.
It was felt that CEC should have a meeting with CGMT on various circle level issues.

FIRST MEETING OF CEC AT RAMDARBAR CHANDIGARH
First meeting of newly elected CEC held on 07/08/2016 at Ramdarbar Chandigarh. Meeting was chaired by Shri Santosh Kumar Circle President Punjab. In this meeting, Ex Circle Secretary Shri Arun Kukkar and Ex Finance Secretary Shri Ashutosh Kaushik were felicitated and presented mementos for their contribution to AIGETOA Punjab.
CEC decided to increase the membership in Punjab circle and pursue the DRs for subscription payment at every SSA.
In the CEC, It has been resolved to strengthen the AIGETOA at all SSA of Punjab circle. It is further resolved to pursue all the various issues pending at circle office like Rule 8 transfer cases, status of VC received from SSA for SCF/LDCE cases, PVR cases etc.

First meeting of newly elected CEC held on 07/08/2016 at Ramdarbar Chandigarh. Meeting was chaired by Shri Santosh Kumar Circle President Punjab. In this meeting, Ex Circle Secretary Shri Arun Kukkar and Ex Finance Secretary Shri Ashutosh Kaushik were felicitated and presented mementos for their contribution to AIGETOA Punjab.
CEC decided to increase the membership in Punjab circle and pursue the DRs for subscription payment at every SSA.

Also, AIGETOA is open for Executives of BSNL who are Direct Recruits and working as Executives in BSNL at present. For new membership, one has to follow below mentioned steps.
This process is important to strengthen the association and claim for recognition of AIGETOA as representative of Direct Recruit officers of BSNL. The little contribution by each DR can help to build a strong platform to protect rights & dignity of DR fraternity in BSNL. Followings steps are to be followed:

STEP-2: Fill your transaction online on CHQ website by using your login facility.

STEP-1: Make online payment of Rs. 1700/- (Rs. 500 as membership fee + Rs. 1200/- Annual fee) in CHQ as membership subscription from APR'16 to MAR'17.

A valid member of AIGETOA-Punjab as on 30.06.2016 can file his/her nomination by clicking on the link given below. If he/she wants to apply for another post, a separate entry needs to be submitted. Link will remain active till 12:00 night of 18th July 2016.
